Working with Nikki
Making a Difference
Initial Meeting
Coaching is a very special relationship, based on absolute confidence and trust, so it’s important to make sure a connection exists before you choose a coach. For this reason, I offer a complimentary initial meeting as an opportunity to ensure we are a good match. It’s a chance for you to learn a little about me and my coaching style, and for me to understand what you are hoping to get out of coaching – to ensure I am the right coach to help you.
Leadership Development
If we decide to work together, we will schedule our first coaching session for a mutually convenient date/time. Coaching sessions can be face-to-face (in Auckland) or virtual via telephone or Zoom.Â
In the first session we will identify your goals and what you want to achieve through coaching. Coaching is not a ‘quick fix’ and coaching engagements normally run over a period of 6-12 months, or longer.
Emerging Leaders
Step back and gain clarity by embarking on a new journey to Leadership Development. Understand the barriers holding you
back, and unlock effective procedures that will enable you to more easily move forward. We will develop a programme that will
support your move to get next stage in your career.
Existing Clients
If we have worked together before and have an established
working relationship, then a short coaching session can be
useful in situations such as these:
You need to debrief a conversation you’ve had
with your boss, or a colleague.
You need to prepare for a difficult conversation
and need some help to plan the conversation.
You feel derailed by something that happened at work and you need to talk it through with someone outside the organisation.
You have a ‘broken record’ playing in your head and need to talk through the issue in a confidential environment.
Mentoring
Learn how to shift your mindset by analyzing how you
tackle your role in the running of your company. By having
a mentor to bounce ideas off, you’ll also discover new ways of thinking and operating that will have profound effects on
your day-to-day management and business skills.
Consulting
Take an opportunity to have extra support in your business
to design a pathway to reach your goals. Increase your self awareness, discuss any issues of concern and examine others’ perspectives of your strengths and growth areas.
In the ECE sector, Nikki has many years experience in turning
